[SUGGESTION] Voting System For Higher Ranking

hello guys, as i checked the ranking after i voted ,i was SHOCKED when we were on 12th rank, O.O , cuz last time i voted it was on 10th or 9th.. so i came up to the idea to suggest a voting system on the engaged panel w/c the voters receive a certain credit/ points when they vote ,
(not like the credit/points for donators) w/c can be used to buy some CS costumes w/c have an expiration date ofcourse..

example:

Donators have > Donation Points/Credits
while
Voters have > Voters Points/Credits

Voters Can use them on ITEM SHOP
items for voters have an expiration date w/c varies to the amount of points used to buy the certain ITEM SHOP ITEM

example:

Any Kind of costume or item:

3 VOTING POINTS > 1 DAY
10 VOTING POINTS > 5 DAYS
30 or 50 POINTS > 30 DAYS
(its up to scar how to divide the number of days)

by this way players are encouraged to vote for the server
and i dont think its unfair for the donators part cuz their items are permanent also there are items that voters cannot buy using voters points/credits..
when we rank to 1st to 5th rank , population will grow & hopefully bring more donators..
